Data Protection
All data stored in Sundara’s systems and databases has been collected through contractual relationships and professional interactions with our clients. Its use is strictly limited to the purposes previously mentioned.
Your data may be deleted at any time, provided you express this intention in writing. Sundara complies with the legislation in force, namely Law 67/98 of 26 October, amended by Law 103/2015 of 24 August.

We guarantee that your personal data will not be transferred to any third party company, nor will it be sold. However, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of messages sent by email, as these are essential for the regular functioning of the company.
Sundara will retain your personal data for the period necessary to provide services, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations and for marketing purposes “related to our field of activity”. Currently, Sundara uses only the essential personal data required for the user to submit a request for information about the products we offer, such as:

Sundara is protected under Portuguese and international laws concerning copyright, data protection and intellectual property. All content, images and videos were created internally by the brand. Any modification of these materials is strictly prohibited under the laws in force.
